Queen Amidala from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menance. Not only was she the youngest queen ever elected at the time, but she also is the future wife of Anakin Skywalker, not to mention the mother of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. I'm glad she broke out of that boring, aristocratic personallity that made her so weird in part one. Then again, I guess that's how the Queen is supposed to act. >_>
